When will my prints be ready for collection?
If you ordered your prints online then they will be ready by the next working day. If ordered instore, times could vary depending on the amount of prints, however one of our members of staff will give you a precise time for collection. This is usually less than an hour. I have a parcel ready for collection at your DPD PickUp point, what ID should I bring? 
When you collect your parcel you will need to bring your Pickup Pass (with the QR code on) AND photo ID such as a driving license or passport. If you do not bring your pickup pass you will need photo ID and a bank card. Without the relevant ID we can't hand over the parcel. If you have any questions about the ID required please call us on 01622 730730. 

Do I need to book a time slot for the passports?
We offer passport picture from 9:15am - 4:45pm Monday-Saturday.
